Welcome to Roundy ("the Game", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Roundy. By playing the Game, creating an account, or otherwise using our website or apps, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Roundy is a free game for a general audience, and no account is needed to play. You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, if that is higher — to create an account. Without an account you can play as a guest, but your progress is not saved between sessions and you cannot appear on the leaderboards.
If you create an account after playing as a guest, we may carry over the in-game items from your saved guest session (coins, cards, diamonds and keys) once per account, in capped amounts we set, and only after your email address is verified. Guest scores never count toward the leaderboards — only runs played while signed in do.
If you are old enough to register but under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Your username, bio, and chosen avatar are displayed publicly on leaderboards and profile previews. By providing them, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display them within the Game and its leaderboards for as long as your account exists.
Coins, diamonds, keys, cards, trophies, themes, and any other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for money, are non-transferable, and may be modified, rebalanced, or reset as the Game evolves. Reward features (including "Watch Ad" style rewards) are subject to daily limits enforced by our servers.

The Game — including its code, artwork, characters, themes, names, logos, sounds, and design — is owned by Roundy and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. © 2026 Roundy. All rights reserved.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, sell, scrape, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Game without our prior written permission.
The Game is provided free of charge and may change over time — we may add, modify, or remove features, items, or content, and we may suspend or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) at any time without liability to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Game or other players. You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. Sections 3–6 and 9–11 survive termination.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION. YOUR USE OF THE GAME IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUNDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS (WHICH, FOR A FREE GAME, IS ZERO). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
If you are a consumer, the above does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of the country where you live, and you may also be entitled to bring proceedings there. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
We may update these Terms as the Game evolves. The effective date above will change, and significant updates will be highlighted in the Game. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
